STAFFING HOURS

The Oyster Bay Boutique Hotel concierge will be on the property from 8 AM until 8 PM Monday through Sunday, unless you are notified. Please note that these hours do not apply to events and buyouts. If you need assistance or are in an emergency during non-staffed hours, please text management at 850-517-4630.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES
For Check-in at Oyster Bay Boutique Hotel, please Download OpenKey, our Mobile Key app, to access the hotel and your luxurious accommodations. Check-in begins at 4 PM. If you plan to arrive after staffing hours, please take note of the OpenKey Mobile Key App listed above. It will allow you access to the hotel at the main entrance located off Alcaniz St. & give you access to your room.

In anticipation of the individual concerns of guests, housekeeping will not enter guests' rooms during their stay. If you require extra amenities or a refresh, please text 850.517.4630 or speak with the concierge. Check-out for Oyster Bay Boutique Hotel guests is at 11 AM.

AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be 25 years of age with a valid driver's license to book a reservation at the Oyster Bay Boutique Hotel. All Oyster Bay Boutique Hotel overnight guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by someone 25 years of age or older.


CANCELLATION POLICY, NO-SHOW, SHORT STAY, GROUPS, & NON-REFUNDABLE
Standard Bookings are given a full refund if a cancellation is made before 4 PM CST no less than 10 Days before arrival.

No Show or Short Stay Bookings will be charged 100% of the entire reservation, plus taxes.

Group Bookings require a non-refundable payment of 50% of the total reservation cost at the Standard Rate. If booked with Corporate Rate pricing, we require a complete, non-refundable payment of the total reservation.

Non-Refundable Bookings are charged at the time of booking and pay the full price of the total reservation, plus taxes.

ONLINE TRAVEL AGENCY OR THIRD-PARTY TRAVEL SITE BOOKINGS

Please note that all bookings made via online travel agencies or third-party travel sites such as Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, etc... cannot be canceled or altered through Oyster Bay Boutique Hotel. Any changes made to the reservation must be made by the guest directly through the online travel agency or third-party travel site.

SETTLEMENT OF BILLS

Bills must be settled upon check-in by debit or credit card; personal checks are not accepted. At the time of your reservation, a valid credit card number is required to book the reservation, and the total of the first day's stay with taxes will be collected. This is equivalent to the combined amount of all rooms for the first day's stay. At the time of your group booking reservations, a valid credit card number is required to book the reservation, and the total with taxes of the first day of stays for each room reserved will be collected. Four or more room reservations are considered group bookings. All payments are made by debit or credit card only. An authorization of your card on file will be run for the total reservation balance before your arrival. The hotel will charge the card on file for the balance of your stay at the time of check-in unless advised otherwise with an updated type of payment. Oyster Bay Boutique Hotel accepts all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card payments will be posted to the credit card on file by the end of business on the dates of payment.


PUP POLICY
Certain rooms at Oyster Bay have been designated as "pup-friendly." To ensure we can accommodate your pet, you must specifically reserve a pet-friendly room. We allow pups under 30 lbs. You must also agree to the Oyster Bay Boutique Hotel Pet Agreement.

SMOKING
The Oyster Bay Boutique Hotel is a non-smoking property. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property of the Oyster Bay Boutique Hotel. If the Oyster Bay Boutique Hotel identifies any smoking damage to the property, including smell, Oyster Bay Boutique Hotel may resolve the damage to its satisfaction at the sole cost of the guest.

COMMON / PRIVATE EVENT AREAS
The Oyster Bay Boutique Hotel's Common / Private Event Areas include the lobby, lounge area, dining room, kitchen, Fountain Courtyard, the Pearl Plaza, and the Oval Veranda. These Common / Private Venue Areas may be enjoyed by Oyster Bay Boutique Hotel guests other than when they have been privately booked out for the event. If any of these areas are being privately used during your stay, we ask that you please respect the private nature of the event. If a private event is scheduled for any of the Common / Private Event Areas during your stay, the Oyster Bay Boutique Hotel will communicate the event details to you before your visit.

LOST & FOUND
Should any guests lose personal belongings while staying at the Hotel, if recovered, the item will be recorded as 'found,' the hotel keeps detailed records of all found items and will make a reasonable effort to contact the guest if an item is left in the hotel's guest suite after the guest has checked out, which will be placed in our Lost & Found store or safe box. We will ship items back at the owner's expense upon request. Any items that are not claimed within ninety (90) days, will be donated to a local charity or discarded.

GUEST'S VALUABLES / ARTICLES
The Hotel’s Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss or damage to the Guest's valuables or articles unless the valuables or articles are declared upon arrival or check-in and are only to be stored or kept in the hotel’s safe box, which is located either in the Manager’s Office or in Account Department Office. Guests will be issued a receipt for any valuables or articles kept at the hotel.

GUEST'S BELONGINGS IN SUITES
Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their suites when going out or going to bed. The Hotel’s Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss or damage to the guest's belongings or any other property from either the hotel suite or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever, including theft or pilferage.

FIRE SAFETY POLICY

The Hotel is fully equipped with smoke detectors, heat detectors, emergency evacuation plans in all suites, and fire extinguishers.


QUIET HOURS / DISTURBANCE
In consideration of other Oyster Bay Boutique Hotel guests, the Oyster Bay Boutique Hotel has Quiet Hours from 10 PM to 8 AM for the Common Areas, Balcony, and Veranda. Hotel guests may enjoy the Oyster Bay Boutique Hotel Common Areas, Balcony, and Veranda during our Quiet Hours, but we ask you to please keep your conversations low during this time. If the entire hotel is occupied by your group, custom Quiet Hours inside the hotel may be established by your group. The Hotel’s Management reserves the right to require a guest to leave if they are causing a disturbance, annoying other guests or hotel staff, or behaving unacceptably. It is agreed that the guest will respectably conduct themselves and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premises.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE
We provide housekeeping service upon request every day between the hours of 11 AM and 3 PM. We kindly ask for a 24-hour notice should you need to request these services.

PHOTOGRAPHS & VIDEOS

Using photographs and videos taken at or in the hotel for commercial or public purposes is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.


DAMAGES
If there are any damages to the Oyster Bay Boutique Hotel as a result of a guest's occupancy, at the sole discretion of the Oyster Bay Boutique Hotel, the guests may be responsible for the cost of resolving the damages to the satisfaction of the Oyster Bay Boutique Hotel.

USDA POLICY
The Oyster Bay Boutique Hotel is operated following USDA policy, which prohibits discrimination based on race, color, sex, age, handicap, familial partners, religion, or national origin.

ACCEPTANCE OF GUEST POLICIES
By making a reservation at the Oyster Bay Boutique Hotel, you are acknowledging and accepting the above Oyster Bay Boutique Hotel Guest Policies, and any additional guest policies that are communicated to you before, during and after your stay.
